Global Customer Service Representative

Process orders and provide customer care overseeing the Asian, south american, european and portions of north american territories within established parameters and processes to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction.


  • Build relationships with customers through reliable service, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Respond to customer requests and involve internal resources as needed
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Communicate with a professional and friendly demeanor with internal/external personnel


  • High School Diploma required. Associates degree preferred
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • 2 years of customer service or equivalent job experience in an industrial environment
  • Able to effectively communicate on the phone and maintain composure under high stress situations
  • Able to perform in fast paced environment
  • Detail oriented and solid understanding of order fulfillment concepts
  • Experience with processing  of international orders is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Adept in use of MS Office, particularly  Outlook, Excel and Word, and ideally Power Point ot basic level
  • Experienced with order processing software, preferably SAP
